The University of Houston swimming and diving program recently announced its finalized 2021 signing class, featuring recruits from five countries. Four of the 11 reside in Texas, including two local standouts who met for the first time at the Region V-6A championships.

The Women of Troy will begin the 2021 postseason this week with the Pac-12 Swimming Championships at the University of Houston this Wednesday (Feb. 24) through Saturday (Feb. 27.) Additionally, the Pac-12 will host the women's and men's diving championships concurrently at the University of Arizona (Feb. 24-27.)

The University of Houston is coming off one of the best performances for the swimming program in 30 years. Besides winning a 4th-straight AAC conference title, the school had 5 individual swimmers invited to the NCAA Championship meet (which was ultimately cancelled due to the global coronavirus pandemic).
