Jan. 17, 2021 — While his NC State Wolfpack teammates were tearing up the pool at the Pro Swim Series stateside, Nyls Korstanje was getting it done in Switzerland. Competing on the 3rd and final day of action of the 54th Geneva International Challenge, Korstanje busted out the fastest 50m fly time of his life, producing a time of 23.32. Martinenghi Goes 59.10 For His Third-Fastest 100Br; Pellegrini And Toussaint Shine In Geneva

Jan. 17, 2021 — The 54th Geneva International Challenge ended with Nicolo Martinenghi swimming the third-fastest 100 breaststroke of his career in 59.10 and Federica Pellegrini wrapping up the 100-200 free double. Martinenghi split 27.71/31.39 to lower the meet mark of 59.36 set by Arno Kamminga in the morning heats. Kamminga, the third-fastest man in history over 100 with a time of 58.43, was second in 59.21.
