Hunter Armstrong and Ryan Murphy are on the verge of another 51-second performance in the 100 backstroke, but it's the rising star versus the veteran.
Zhang Yufei's assistant coach said on Weibo that swimmers training in Shanghai will be allowed to go to Beijing soon (where CSA is holding the training camp), so most likely they will be able to race at World Championships.

The status of many of China's star swimmers, like Zhang Yufei, will be dependent on the stingent COVID-19 travel restrictions in the city of Shanghai.

Speculation is that swimmers who already got FINA cuts will be gathered in the camp, and a team will be selected based on internal tests. The Nationals is most likely not going to happen before the qualification period ends.

Some updates: It seems the Spring Championships remains on calendar on April 24-29 in Qingdao. The National is temporarily postponed to early May but nothing is sure yet. If the Nationals doesn't happen, the Spring Championships could be the sole qualifying meet for WC and AG.
